“My boots are made for walkin, and that’s just what they’ll do. One of these days these boots are gonna walk all over you.” Famous song, famous quote sung by Nancy Sinatra and Jessica Simpson and possibly countless more celebs and quoted often as well by us. But it’s the truth we use those boots anytime as a matter of fact if we could have it any other way the world should just only be filled with boots and hot boys! But with reality we know that finding a good pair of boots and the right pair of accessories to go along with it. We look all throughout the mall just to see the same boot a few times at a range of prices. Sometimes we luck out and find the perfect boots or booties. But since the winter is here we can’t just get any pair of boots we have to think of what kind we want.

With the winter here we look to stay warm as well as stay cute and stylish. So what to look for in boots first is the material. First thing first there is a love hate relationship between boots and the material suede. We love the suede because it’s so functional and easy to slip on and slip off. And if it’s a snug fit then it’s the best. But with suede there are some setbacks, such as you can not wear them in the rain. No matter where you live, wearing suede boots is not good for the rain, or any type of water. This material will allow water to sink right through to your sock, toes, and yes your day will feel practically ruined. But suede is a great for dry days of course and colors such as black, camel and grey go great with accessories like silk scarves at womenclothingtoday.com, and even knee high skirts. Suede also goes great with any type of jeans and the best look to get this is the scrunched look. The scrunch look is where the material is ruffled around the shin area giving it a soft and appealing look. Although suede is fashionable and comfortable you can never go wrong with leather boots.

With leather boots we find ourselves in the realm of wanting to get the all leather boot which can be expensive sometimes. But in most cases we can find great imitations and at best better versions at stores like Journey’s or Express or whichever stores that qualify as your “it” store in town. Both leather and non leather boots are sought out after as well as suede boots. Height is also considered. For the up and coming you don’t want to think too always tall of a boot,  think more of comfort and warmth as well. Having a nice tall boot like those present at JC Penny’s or Macy’s at great prices. We want the boots to made for walking and made for us to stay warm and dry. Fashionable boots with side buckles like the Madden Girl boots are exotic, nice and trendy can also be found at Payless with similar look boots. Enjoy your boots and makes sure they’re made for walking and stay warm during all your cold season.

Ok let’s all just admit it. Even though fall and winter are nearing or are practically here we can’t give up our summer fashion styles so easily. We want to be cute no matter what we wear and we truly believe that a big oversized coat will make that hot guy turn away from us today. Maybe it does make people look away but the most important thing to know about this time of the year is that we can look fabulous and still stay in style. Believe it or not being cute in the pouring rain in shorts and a cute shirt doesn’t matter, the rain matters. We’ve all had our moments we want to look fashionable although it’s a windy day we insist on wearing that dress and have a Marilyn Monroe moment, when oops there goes the dress and we weren’t even standing over a vent to make flirtatious gestures. It’s embarrassing to be caught in the cold without a sweater or a jacket or with something on that is clearly for the summer. So just be sure there are tons of ways to stay sheik and glamorous without so much trouble as you would think and will leave you puffy free from all the fur and big oversized jackets.

Ok so maybe some of us don’t have a problem dressing warm but that’s ok these tips are very useful and can be done by anyone not just teens. When looking for garments of any sort we look for color and patterns and most importantly we think about what’s good and what’s not to today’s society. For example, blouses that Prince used to wear in the 80’s may be great for a Halloween costume but not for a daily basis.  But long sleeve shirts and sweaters have a lot of great appeal these days as well as scarves, coats and even rain boots, yes rain boots.

1.     Wear the turtle neck and long sleeves. Remember how you use to hate when mom tried to make you wear them and you would swear that tore at your skin and made you itch, well now turtle necks and long sleeves shirts have a greater appeal to both men and women. Old Navy is one company that caters to a lot of different genres and styles. With patterns on the shirts as well as the cuts around the collar bone, which can allow you to wear different shirts underneath to create a different look. Also this shove up you sleeves, this gesture is generally use to make way for air because it’s too hot but sometimes the scrunched look can really make an impression on your outfit.

2.     Sweater dresses. These are great for the fall season. It’s not too just yet and we’re transitioning from the summer with the luke warm days. Sweater dresses that come to the top of you knee are great and can be found at places like forever 21, Gap, express and Jc Penny’s and many other department stores around this time. And when it does become cold you can throw on a pair of tights to keep you legs warm.

3.     Sweaters are the “it” factor. Don’t limit your sweater selection to the big hobo one’s you use for gym or the ones that your grandparents give you. Make that an item on you wish list. Like shirts sweaters can have different collar cuts and you can use this advantage to wear different t-shirts/spaghetti straps underneath to make a different outfit each time. These can be found all around you especially with the temperatures dropping. Your best bet is to dive into a local fashion shop or if not oldnavy.com or overstock.com

4.     Go for colorful scarves. There are the ones that say that each season has a color, but it truly depends on how you wear it and where. Brightening up your look with colorful silk scarves as well as woven cotton ones too leave an everlasting impression you don’t want to have the same look over and over again but with scarves the look different every time. You can find gorgeous scarves and me many other items at womenclothingtoday.com

5.     Trench coats are great coats to have. Depending on the fabric and where you live you can find a coat that matches you need. Most woven coats are the best choice because of their warmth and the lasting material. The best part about these coats is that they come in a variety of different styles as well as they are a lot thinner than those oversized coats that we dread putting on. These coats compliment our outfits as well as add a different look. You can find a lot of great prices and coats at Target.com or the department store.

When we think about all that we have to do to get ready in the morning and all that we have to do the night before we get exhausted. Especially when we’re in school and we know that we have homework or we have a huge project that we have to do and turn in at the end of the week and we don’t even know what to do it on. It’s frustrating and a lot of times getting dress and getting ready for the day is truly our refuge. Why do you think we hate when we’re rushed or told to change our clothes? It is truly a time to think about ourselves and how we feel about certain things. And even if we’re rushed we think about it how we want our day to go and sometimes for those rushed days we just want something to throw on that will not only be quick and easy but also something that can look great in no matter what.

We like to throw a hat on bad hair days and we like to throw sunglasses on the days we forgot to put make-up on or we just didn’t have the time. What about the times we just threw on your worst pair of  jeans along with any shirt that you can possibly find because jeans go with almost anything, and some flip flops that allow you to wear them when you want especially if they are a neutral colors. Well we’re not the only people that do it, celebs do it all the time and but the best part of not dressing the part for the day is that you can look your best without even trying with a silk shawls.

Shawls are the underdogs of fashion because they seem to be only seen as cover up for that cute cocktail dress that you barely wear but wear a silk shawl or considerably one that is hand painted is one of the best choice for days you can’t think of what to wear. Silk shawls are entering into our present and future not only because they are stylish and sheik but they are able to make whatever you wear look fabulous. Hand painted silk shawls add for more creativity in you outfit without you even trying. With silk shawls you can wear those raggedy pair of jeans without feeling low throughout the day. The vivid colors on the silk shawl like the ones shown on womenclothingtoday.com, show colorful and active scenes and animals and some have exotic colors that would just create a new look for you without so much as wrapping it around your shoulders. Handmade silk shawls are not just for wrapping around you in the cold or any weather but they’re also good for belts and even a nice simple wrap around your waist which makes for a new trend and style that isn’t often seen. Silk shawls are great introduction into fashion especially the fall fashion trends. And the best part about silk shawls is that you can simply by a piece a fabric that you like and silk isn’t as expensive as you think and can make a lot of outfits look brand new.

When you wake up and getting ready for school or work or wherever it is you’re going you think about what else to add to your assembly. Whether you get it ready the night before or your throw something on as quickly as possible so not to be late you think of what else to wear with your outfit. Sometimes we wear the simplest accessories, stud earrings, bracelets, hooped earrings, a couple of rings, a necklace, an anklet, and even belts. We can put our accessories in our minds and try to combine the perfect match sometimes we get it right other times…not so much. But we all know that one of the items that can make or break the outfit is the bag. And if you weren’t sure about this article now you are. Yes, there are other factors that can make or break your outfits such as the shoes, the other accessories your pick out such as the earrings or the necklace, the socks, and even the jeans. But sometimes the biggest and even the most eye catching piece is your bag.

In high school book bags can vary. You can have your off should bags that resemble purses or you can have back pack, roll back packs, and no those are not linked to just the “geeks” and you can have you massive computer bag. All varieties can be very sheik and classy. And just like your clothing the material your bag is made out of is very crucial to your outfit as well as the color and the little details that go into to it.

For the school place cotton and polyester bags are perfect if they get dirty it’s easy to put them in the wash on gentle cycle so that they can be cleaned or spot wash. Both fabrics are good with any design. When you have a cotton back pack all kinds of material can get meshed together and it can end it up being very messy. But with cotton material and depending on the color you can wear it with any outfit of your choosing. Bags that have a lot of pockets or designs can expand on your outfit. When wearing such, try not to over accessorize. Wear a shirt that doesn’t have too many patterns or dress and your bottoms can be any of your choosing. But one material that will always look spectacular is silk.

When pairing your outfit with a silk scarf or shawl you’ll find that majority of the fabric on bags will flow gracefully with your choice. Silk is a very versatile fabric and can be worn with jeans, polyester, rayon and something similar. It’s a compliment to the rest of accessories. If the silk shawl or scarf is bright with patterns you can have you bag matching or have the bag pick up a matching color within the pattern. Another tip with any scarf and not just any hand painted silk scarf, you can tie the scarf around the bags handle to give it more flare and add more to the bag. Silk embraces your choice of apparel and your bag illuminates your accessories. You can find silk bags at old navy or gap or target or Wal-Mart with similar long lasting fabric and you can find silk scarves and shawls and womenclothingtoday.com where you can also find exotic and new ways in which to wear them.

Once the summer is out, teenagers dread the idea of going back to school and starting another life. It is almost equivalent to getting your teeth snatched out. It’s loathed and a bitter subject yet the bright side of going back to school is looking into new fashion ideas and even tapping into some of the stylist tips and ideas on television. Of course there is that gold rule when you are young, “Don’t be a copy cat,” but whose says it’s copying when you make it your own. Millions of teenagers and young adults look to television icons to fulfill the dressing and apparel ideas. Who said you had to be a girl to look at the fads and up and coming clothing lines before going back to school. It is one of the biggest rages. As a matter of fact that is the most important part about going back to school. Teenagers don’t want to discuss what classes they’re taking all the time let alone the teachers they may have, those are the least of their worries. Sorry parents. They’re worried about how to appeal like they’ve changed since the summer. If they’ve been on vacation they want to make sure that when they come back there is a guarantee change for the good. Whether it be a change in hair color, designer clothes, new attitude or even the way you talk; it can be as simple as that. So as the summer comes to an end here are some things to look forward to when teenagers and young adults alike go back to hitting the school books or better yet the clothing racks in stores. Two stylish tips that can take not just the American teenager a long way but teenagers all over the world are simple items of clothing the classical jeans and the scarf.

Jeans never get tiresome or old and the hand painted silk is not only special and unique when paired together it creates any appeal you desire it to have with a simple knot here or there.

1) Jeans. Though teenagers love the idea of designer jeans going on sale and begging their parents to get them or the jeans not going on sale and they beg anyway, the idea of making things they’re very own. When everything is custom made or made with just a glue gun it adds excitement and it allows them to tap into their own creativity. They don’t have to copy the design but having a needle and thread to stitch in a new design that was seen in a magazine or in a scrap book (sometimes they come with cool stickers that could go for a design on a pair of jeans)
2) Handmade silk Scarves. Ok silk may sound luxurious but it is the fashion that’s in. Silk scarves that can be seen at womenclothingtoday.com are equivalent to scarves worn by Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Miranda Crosgrove and many more stars. Not only can you by these sleek material here but they also can be found in fabric stores. All you would have to do is jazz it up with acrylic paint if you wish or even use a hot glue gun with beads or rhinestones. Hand painted silk isn’t only for the rich and famous or even fanciful occasion. Silk can be worn on the coolest or even hottest of days. This fabric can be wrapped around your neck, head, waist, shoulders. Painted silk doesn’t have to just be worn by those seen on TV it can be worn by you.
